These sessions were born out of the messages that kept landing in my inbox - from people curious about how I built Wired Therapy, balanced accessibility with ethics, or carved out a business that still feels human in a world of masking and artificial intelligence.
Pick My Brains sessions are reflective, collaborative conversations - not strategy sessions, and definitely not about chasing six-figure goals. They’re about slowing down, getting honest, and exploring what feels right for you.
Who It’s For:
A therapist or coach wanting to grow their practice in a way that feels sustainable and values-led.
A creative or freelancer craving reflective space that isn’t about algorithms, numbers or “niching down.”

How It Works:
Each session is a 90-minute in-person or online conversation - a calm, reflective space to unravel your thoughts and make sense of what’s been sitting in your mind.
You’re welcome to bring notes, ideas, or questions - or simply come as you are and let things unfold naturally.
I bring my experience as a therapist, business owner and neurodivergent creative. My dyslexic brain spots patterns differently - I’ll ask the kind of questions that help you connect the dots, find clarity and leave feeling lighter.
