Therapy that’s inclusive, empowering, and human.

Because you don’t have to carry it all on your own

Anxiety, overthinking, trying to keep it together - work, school, bills, relationships - it’s a lot. You’re running on coffee or energy drinks, answering WhatsApp messages, pretending you’re fine, while wondering when life’s meant to start making sense.

Therapy here isn’t about fixing you.

It’s a space to be honest about what’s really going on, to slow things down and start feeling like you again - or maybe for the very first time.

We’re all wired differently, and that’s beautiful

No two people are the same - and therapy shouldn’t be either. I use an integrative approach, drawing from different schools of psychological thought to shape sessions around you and your unique needs.

Sessions last up to 50 minutes and usually follow a rolling six-session model, giving us space to check in and reflect as we go.

You can curl up on your sofa and meet me online, or join me in the heart of Ashley Cross, Poole, in my cosy, plant-filled therapy space - designed with care because you deserve to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Alongside me, Caroline offers therapy here. She brings warmth, curiosity and a calm presence to her work with clients, reflecting the same inclusive and human ethos that runs through everything here.

All therapeutic work is in line with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists Ethical Framework.
